Property Management only package, includes the following:
- Collection of rents in-line with service level agreement
- Ensure any missed rental payments are chased in accordance with the tenancy agreements.
- Act as main contact for tenant with regards to repairs, issues etc.
- Organise repairs.
- Ensure rental statements are produced and sent out to tenants.
- Make regular property inspections – minimum of 2 per year
- Regular landlord updates i.e. tenants, repairs etc.
- Vacation/Inventory checks
- Ensure all utilities and other relevant suppliers are informed of occupancy and vacation, including providing readings.
- Inclusive of all correspondence to tenants, landlords and all relevant bodies/suppliers.
- Access to our on-line property management portal, where all payments are logged and also necessary paperwork is stored. (please note this is password protected, so only relevant people have access to this information)
Cost of management services – 10% monthly rental fees
