- Full inspection of the property at a time that suits you and an estimate rental value
- Advertising on our website and other well known sites.
- Checking our vast database for any possible tenants.
- Arrange and attend viewings.
- Negotiate rental terms.
- Produce tenancy agreement.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed including checks on any necessary references.
- Arrange and attend occupancy handover and produce inventory check
- Advise landlords on general letting issues where applicable.
- Collection of bond payment and initial first months rent
- Register deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme.
