JADE Property Management Sheffield, Provides a Fully Inclusive Letting Agent service. As per Letting & Management but also inclusive of the following:

- Energy Performance certificate (if needed)
- Annual Gas safety check
- Pay usual outgoings in conjunction with the service level agreement and banked repairs fund
- Ensuring accounting records (Spreadsheets) are up to date in readiness for landlords accountants
- Liaise with Landlords accountants to ensure tax returns are completed.
Costs for Fully Inclusive Management service – 20% of monthly rental
